Yes. You still get Square’s products and rates. LocalPay adds a named local account rep for setup, training, hardware help, and ongoing support — the part a national queue can’t replace.
Do I pay more for local support?
Square’s processing rates apply. We add local service on top with clear plans — no hidden markups on your card rates.
Where is LocalPay based?
North Carolina is home base. Remote support works wherever you are; on-site visits are for our NC backyard.
What if I already use Square?
We can review your setup, hardware, and support gaps — and show what changes with a local partner on your side.
Do you serve businesses outside Wilmington?
Yes. We support Square merchants anywhere by phone and video. Wilmington is home base for on-site help across coastal and southeast NC — we don’t promise driveway visits nationwide.
Can you come on-site in Jacksonville, Leland, or Hampstead?
Yes — Jacksonville, Leland, Hampstead, and the rest of our NC backyard. Outside that area we still help by phone and video; we just don’t promise an on-site visit everywhere.
Is LocalPay only for restaurants in Wilmington?
No. Restaurants, retail, trades, and service businesses — anywhere remotely, and on-site when you’re in our NC backyard. Anyone who wants Square plus a human, not a ticket queue.
